1 — Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of truckersfortruckers.com and the CDL-A driver recruiting and SMS messaging services provided by Truckers for Truckers ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, submitting information through any form on this site, or opting in to our SMS text message program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2 — Who We Are

Truckers for Truckers is a CDL-A driver recruiting service. We connect qualified Class A commercial drivers with open driving positions at partner motor carriers. We are a recruiting service. We are not a motor carrier or an employer. We do not hire drivers directly and do not employ the drivers we place.

3 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, hold or be pursuing a valid Class A commercial driver's license, and be legally authorized to work in the United States to use our services or opt in to our SMS program. Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18.

4 — Our Recruiting Services

We present CDL-A driving opportunities from partner motor carriers based on the information you provide, including your home location, experience, endorsements, and route preferences. When you apply for a specific job with a hiring carrier, we share the contact information and qualifications needed with that carrier solely to process your application and help you get hired for that job, never for carrier marketing or promotional outreach.

The hiring carrier makes all final hiring decisions, sets all pay and employment terms, and is solely responsible for its hiring process. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, that a position will remain open, or that any advertised pay, route, home time, or equipment will be available to you. Our services are provided to drivers at no cost. We are compensated by the hiring carrier.
